Job Description
Work Content:
1. Develop laser processing related processes based on project requirements, combining the characteristics of materials such as ceramics/glass/semiconductors/new energy/precision electronics.
2. Conduct relevant experimental tests and sample processing for the process plan.
3. Assist customers on-site to complete equipment process verification.
4. Other work task arrangements in the department.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in materials.
2. Familiarity with relevant professional knowledge in ceramics, glass, semiconductors, new energy, and precision electronics is preferred.
3. Strong learning and independent problem-solving abilities, strong work responsibility, and good communication and collaboration skills.
4. More than 3 years of process experience in the laser micro-processing industry.

Visual Software Development Engineer
Job Description
Work Content:
1. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and on-site follow-up of project visual-related functions.
2. Responsible for the selection of visual equipment, including industrial camera selection, light source selection, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in one visual software development application: visionpro, halcon, Hikvision, etc.
2. Proficient in one programming language: C#, VC, VB, etc.
3. Experience in the laser industry is preferred.
4. Computer-related, automation-related, or electronics-related majors are preferred.
5. Associate degree or above.

Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Description
Work Content:
1. Proficient in 3D design software [solidworks, CAD].
2. Understand the properties and applications of mechanical standard parts, principles of pneumatic and electric systems, and knowledge of electrical components.
3. Negotiate plans based on customer technical requirements, provide plans in a short time, and estimate hardware costs.
4. Complete mechanical design, drawings, and BOM for processed and purchased parts within the specified time.
5. Guide on-site assembly and debugging and address issues that arise during assembly and debugging.
6. Interface with on-site issues after shipment and summarize the strengths and weaknesses of the project.
7. Document compilation;
8. Others.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above in mechanical manufacturing and automation, computer, automatic control, or related majors, with 3 years or more of non-standard project experience.
2. Strong design and operational capabilities, able to independently complete machine design tasks. Timely identification and resolution of recurring issues.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork, communication skills, humble and practical.
4. More than 2 years of experience in non-standard automation development and design, familiarity with non-standard development processes is preferred.
