Laser marking machine solutions: (1) Check if the laser resonator has changed; fine-tune the resonator cavity lens to optimize the output point; (2) If the acousto-optic crystal is migrating or the acousto-optic power output energy is low, adjust the position of the acousto-optic crystal or increase the operating current of the acousto-optic power supply; (3) If the laser deviates from the center of the ammeter: adjust the laser; if the current is around 20A and still not sensitive enough: the krypton lamp is aging, replace it with a new lamp.
 
Laser marking machine solutions: (1) Check all power lines; if the high-voltage krypton lamp is aging, replace the krypton lamp. 1. If there is no water or abnormal water circulation, do not start the laser power supply and Q-switch power supply; (2) The Q power supply is not allowed to operate without load (i.e., the output end of the Q-switch power supply is suspended); (3) In case of abnormal phenomena, first turn off the ammeter switch and the button switch, then check; (4) It is not allowed to light other components before starting the krypton lamp to prevent high voltage from damaging components; (5) Pay attention to the output end (anode) of the laser power supply being suspended to prevent fire and faults with other electrical appliances; (6) Keep the circulating water clean. Regularly clean the water tank and replace deionized water or pure water.
