Product Introduction:
This device is mainly used for laser welding of the explosion-proof valve or pole (aluminum) of the power battery cover. The main functions of the device include: automated loading and unloading, as well as automated fixture signals, to complete the laser welding of the battery cover explosion-proof valve or pole (aluminum), nitrogen protection during the welding process, and the absorption and treatment of welding spatter and smoke (dust collector is self-provided). The control of the laser welding motion trajectory is achieved through the setting of device parameters to meet the laser welding requirements of the product.
Product Advantages:
1. The welding surface is smooth and flat.
2. The device is equipped with red light positioning and CCD monitoring devices, making it convenient to complete process debugging.
3. The focal distance of the welding head is adjustable from -10 to +10mm, with a product visualization accuracy of +/-0.05mm.
4. The welding yield rate for a single station is ≥98% (excluding defects caused by incoming materials and assembly), with a welding speed of 60-100mm/s and power fluctuation ≤2%. The device has energy/power monitoring and alarm functions.
