Device Introduction:
The device consists of a laser power supply, motion system, PC numerical control system, feeding system, CCD monitoring and positioning system, and red light positioning system; the principle of this device is to take pictures of the pads of the components to be welded for positioning, specify the welding path and process parameters, then the motion control system moves the nozzle above the pad, the feeding system supplies solder balls to the nozzle, and the laser beam heats and melts the solder balls, spraying them onto the pads to be welded.
