Device Introduction:

Mobile antenna spring, used to emit or receive electromagnetic devices of radio waves. It uses laser welding to weld the metal spring onto the conductive position,  playing a role in anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion. This includes applications of gold-plated aluminum, copper-plated steel, gold-plated steel, etc., as springs welded to aluminum alloy or magnesium-aluminum alloy mobile phone cases. The welding depth is deeper than traditional lasers, with a pulling force exceeding 10-30N, and the weld points are finer, adjustable in size through the welding software settings of the laser welding machine produced by Shoulei Laser.

(This machine is a standard model, optional 80W or 120W laser)

 

Device Advantages:

 1. The pulse width is in the nanosecond range fiber laser, with high single pulse energy and strong penetration.

 2. Strong penetration, with a very deep molten pool.

 3. By adjusting the pulse width, the beam penetrates downwards without causing large sparks, reducing damage to surrounding materials.
